It’s all happening at Models Direct! We’re a busy agency but we’re embracing this time and always welcoming new models and clients!

One of the key ingredients of our agency still being dominant in the UK modelling landscape after thirty years is our ability to manage our time effectively. It’s taken us time to master this but it’s been a positive part of our journey.

We appreciate that our agency experiences a bustling atmosphere. It’s what keeps us going, and to work and strive harder to be a better agency for new and existing models and clients. Our packed schedule keeps us determined to hit our goals and deliver what we promise – allowing everyday models to work on extraordinary projects, and for clients to find the ideal models for their marketing campaigns.

We’re a government-regulated employment agency

This means we actively and continually work for our models and clients building vital connections between the two and catering to their needs. Our practice has helped build trust in the modelling community and we’ve got a proven track record of successful projects to show for it.

Our onboarding and hiring processes are seamless

We’ve crafted a dynamic onboarding system for new and existing clients and models. MD knows what works and uses our positive experience with both areas of our business to ensure we have everything we need to accelerate a hire and end with a successful campaign.

For models, it’s an easy application form to register whilst it’s the same for clients who are looking to hire our models, from baby models through to senior and pet models.

We want to know you

Whether you’re a new or existing model or client, we want to know you. Questions such as what your aspirations are and what you’re looking to get out of being represented by us are important to us. Despite the busy nature of our working environment, we believe that this attention to communication is essential so that our models and clients feel valued, respected and heard.

“The staff were really great and accommodating. They guided me throughout the photoshoot and told me how or what to do. However, there seems to be a miscommunication within the files that were sent to us as we didn’t need 3-4 outfits for the photoshoot. The wait for my photoshoot also took quite a while, under an hour. Overall the experience and staff were really good and I want to say thank you to Epson for picking me and giving me this opportunity.”
