It goes without saying, keeping hydrated is something you should do all year round but when the ferocious sun is high in the sky, it’s time to grab those large sustainable bottles (because we know how important it is not to waste and save the planet from plastic waste). Keeping cool on the inside will help you feel revitalised and energised, whether you’re basking in the cool waters along the beaches, sunbathing, and for any modelling assignments, near or far, that you may get booked for. Also, as a bonus, it’ll be great for quenching your skin’s thirst and looking good on camera.

It’s a good time to refresh and switch your beauty products and schedules to suit the change in climate. The lush tropical-esque weather means more hydration and a higher sun protection factor is needed to take care of your skin.
