Welcome to Models Direct Talent Management Agency
When we first opened our doors thirty years ago, our mission was to up-level the modelling industry like no other agency. We didn’t want to be a typical showcase agency, offering futile opportunities for our models and clients, and not delivering the best service. Our team stepped it up and has been successfully connecting diverse models to clients for three decades.

Damian
Founder + One of Life’s Leaders + Creative & Forward Thinker
When you need someone to count on, it’s Damian. MD’s ultimate heart and soul, Founder Damian, streamlines his team in the right direction with his no-nonsense, positive outlook. He and his team have reinvented the job of a modelling agency and have helped thousands of people carve a strong modelling career and clients that hire these models.

Suzy
Founder + Superhero Agent + Aims High (Always!)
Keeping the wheels of a modelling agency turning is what Suzy loves and thrives on. Having done some exceptional freelance work in her late teens, Suzy knew this was the path she wanted to blaze a trial for. No two days are the same at the agency but Suzy holds superpower industry knowledge and energy to bind roots, from registration through to assignment booking, to reach a successful result.
My favourite part of my work is calling talent to say they have been selected for an assignment – they are always so thrilled – its a real ‘feel good factor!’ – Suzy
Kara
Modelling Coordinator + Comprehensive Experience + Always Lending a Helping Hand
Being a coordinator at the MD HQ is Kara’s passion, and with almost 20 years under her belt, she’s a force to be reckoned with. She navigates her role by knowing all the latest in the modelling industry and within the heart of Models Direct’s processes.
My job is most rewarding when I see my models on TV, in magazines, brochures, adverts, and online websites – Kara
Outside of MD, Kara’s a busy mum of two active boys. She loves travelling and embarking on European weekend breaks where she relaxes in the sun and has fun down ski slopes.
Jane
Modelling Coordinator + Industry Specialist + Go-Getter
27 years with MD, and still going strong! Jane is deeply connected to not only the modelling industry but the world of music, theatre and entertainment. Her childhood passion runs through her and she understands the true meaning of feeling the buzz and feel-good vibes of being on stage and in front of the camera. Jane’s ocean of knowledge and experience is an ever-present strength in Models Direct registrations and bookings for both models and clients.

Mandy
Modelling Coordinator + Always Busy + Jet-Setter
If you need a positive voice, it’s Mandy’s! Mandy has been with the team since 2006. She knows what it means to be a true team player, rooting for the entire team’s success. Mandy is aware of her models’ aspirations and motivations. She harnesses these to reach the best outcome for their modelling journey with the MD agency, and to deliver the best modelling solutions to our clients.
I find it interesting finding out about why people want to get into the modelling industry and also building up relationships from the application stage to placing them in paid work – Mandy
When she’s not in the office, Mandy enjoys travelling to Northern Ireland (thanks to Mum’s side of the family) and Cyprus (thanks, hubby!). She enjoys watching footie, listening to music and eating out!
Anna
Modelling Coordinator + Takes Initiative + Multitasking Pro
23 years builds a wealth of experience and that’s what Anna owns. She is bursting with extensive industry knowledge and adapted to her career change seamlessly. Anna loves meeting new people and having a good chat about assignments, bookings and everything modelling-related.
I really enjoy my job and have a great connection with everyone I work with and have made friends for life – Anna
Besides life at MD, Anna is a proud mum of 2 busy boys and has a healthy work-life balance.
Gemma
Modelling Coordinator + Motivational + Loves Socialising
Aspiring models have a voice and Gemma notices, listens and actions the registration process for them. She collaborates on modelling assignments, offering her expertise and support for the past 8 years – from start to finish. Gemma is excellent at giving models moral support and advice whenever they need her.
Gemma’s motto is:

Beyond the HQ of Models Direct, Gemma is mum to her son who always keeps her busy. She enjoys travelling with family and friends; camping is her fav!
Billie
Modelling Coordinator + Harnesses Diversity + Embraces New Opportunities
Billie is a recent addition to the team but you wouldn’t think so. She has come on board and taken on her modelling coordinator role at an exemplary level. Having come from the insurance industry, Billie is familiar with embracing new opportunities much like our potential and existing models and clients.
I particularly enjoy communicating with people and learning about the reasons behind our models’ applications and it’s always great to hear about the success of our models completing their assignments – Billie
Billie is a busy bee outside of the MD office. Her interests include the gym, swimming, travel, cooking and spending time with her partner, friends and family. She loves trying out new things and embracing other cultures. Billie’s travelled a lot – some of the places she’s visited include the Caribbean, Greece, Cyprus, Austria, France and Germany.
Heidi
Modelling Coordinator + Positive Attitude + Can-Doer
Heidi is the most recent team member to have joined us. She switched from a customer services background but was able to easily handle this role. Unlike her previous profession, this one keeps her on her toes; wide awake and tuned in to all the recent developments in and around the agency and modelling world.
The team here are fantastic & all work incredibly hard supporting our models it’s so rewarding when we see them securing assignments with our clients – Heidi
Heidi’s life is very full on. She has 2 teenagers & 2 French bulldogs, so no surprise that she’s very busy. Heidi enjoys eating out, socialising with friends and travelling.
Andrew
Genius Web Designer + Super Duper Tech Wizard + Adventurer
The man behind our websites and social media platforms is tech-savvy Andrew. He is always up for a challenge so working hard to keep everything up to date and running smoothly with his awesome wizardry is his thing! You might find him eating chocolate, or outdoors enjoying the North Norfolk marshes, live music, walking or cycling.
I’ve jumped out of a plane, spent 3 weeks in New Zealand and caved by candlelight – Andrew
